PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 1) - REG 61

Keeping equipment clean

    A person who prepares, stores, supplies or transports drugs must keep all equipment used for that preparation, storage, supply or transport clean and free from odours.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
