Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person who prepares, stores or transports a drug must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to ensure that the drug is kept within the manufacturer's recommended storage temperature range.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) If a person who prepares, stores or transports a drug does not keep the drug within the manufacturer's recommended storage temperature range, the person must dispose of the drug.
