PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 1) - REG 81

(1)     The proprietor of a private hospital may apply to the Minister for the renewal of the hospital's certificate of registration not later than 1 month before it would otherwise expire.

(2)     An application must be in the approved form.
