Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The Minister may, by written notice to an applicant for the grant or renewal of a certificate of registration of a private hospital, require the applicant to give the Minister further specified information or documents that the Minister reasonably requires to make a decision about the application.
(2) The Minister is not required to make a decision about an application until the applicant complies with the requirement.
