I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933.

Interpretation

Regulation 3 of the Poisons Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting “and Dangerous Drugs” from the definition of “the Ordinance”; and

(b) by omitting the definition of “restricted substance”.
