Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The road transport authority must give a unique number to each person who is an authorised person for subsection 43 (1) of the Act.
(2) This regulation does not apply to a person who is given a unique number under regulation 11 (Persons authorised for infringement notices etc to have unique number) of the Road Transport (Offences) Regulations 2000 .
