Section 105B

omit everything before subsection (2), substitute

105B     Use of certain radar speed measuring devices    

    (1)     This section applies to a radar speed measuring device, other than a device that is a component of—

        (a)     a digital camera detection device; or

        (b)     a fixed camera detection device.

    (1A)     The radar speed measuring device must be used by an operator in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the device.
