ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 10) - REG 114

Responsible person's consent (NSW cl 91)

    The person in charge of a motor vehicle or trailer on a road must not, without reasonable excuse, permit anyone to use the vehicle without the consent of the responsible person for the vehicle.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
