Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A label for a motor vehicle issued to a disabled person or a community organisation whose members provide transport services for disabled people, and in force under section 150A of the Motor Traffic Act 1936 immediately before the commencement of this regulation, is taken, after that commencement, to be a mobility parking scheme authority issued under regulation 101 (Mobility parking scheme authorities).
(2) This regulation ceases to have effect on 1 June 2000.
