ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 10) - REG 47

Misuse of parking meters (NSW cl 64, MTA s 163H (1), 163J (b), 163K)

    A person must not—

        (a)     insert in a parking meter anything other than coins appropriate for the meter; or

        (b)     attach anything (for example, advertising material) to a parking meter.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
