Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person who is the holder of an existing operator's certificate may apply to the road transport authority for an exemption from all provisions or stated provisions of the code of practice in relation to stated land of which the person is the occupier.
(2) The applicant must give the applicant's existing operator's certificate to the road transport authority with the application.
