Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If an existing operator's certificate is lost, stolen or destroyed the holder of the certificate must tell the road transport authority, in writing, within 14 days after becoming aware of that fact.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) If the road transport authority is satisfied that an existing operator's certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed, the road transport authority must, on application by the holder of the certificate, give the holder a replacement certificate.
