ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATION 2017 (NO 45 OF 2017) - REG 47

Vehicle parked partly on residential land

For this division, a vehicle that is parked partly on residential land, and partly on adjoining land that is not residential land, is taken not to be parked on residential land.
