ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATION 2017 (NO 45 OF 2017) - REG 57

In this subdivision:

"occupier", of premises, includes—

        (a)     a person believed on reasonable grounds to be an occupier of the premises; and

        (b)     a person apparently in charge of the premises.
