327     Tracked vehicle—Act, dict, def vehicle , par (b)

    (1)     Any tracked vehicle that is not used exclusively on a railway or tramway is prescribed.

    (2)     In this section:

"tracked vehicle" means a vehicle that moves on wheels inside endless tracks.
