Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The regulation applies to a decision made by the road transport authority under the General Act, part 9 (Public vehicles) in relation to the licensing or operation of a taxi (including a restricted taxi).
(2) The General Act, part 7 (Review of decisions under road transport legislation) applies to the decision as if it had been made under the corresponding provision of these regulations.
