Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A noncompliance notice issued under the Road Transport (Taxi Services) Regulations 2000 that was in force immediately before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be a noncompliance notice under the corresponding provision of these regulations.
(2) To remove any doubt, the operation (including duration) of the noncompliance notice is not affected by this regulation.
