Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person who was an authorised examiner appointed under section 26AD of the former Act immediately before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be an authorised examiner authorised under regulation 119 (Authorisation of examiners and certificates of appointment).
(2) A certificate of appointment issued under the former Act to a person mentioned in subregulation (1) is taken, after the commencement, to be a certificate of appointment given to the person under regulation 119.
