Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) Premises approved under section 26AG of the former Act immediately before the commencement are to be taken, after the commencement, to be approved under regulation 131 (Approval of premises and certificates of approval).
(2) A certificate of approval issued under the former Act in relation to premises mentioned in subregulation (1) is taken, after the commencement, to be a certificate of approval given to the proprietor of the premises under regulation 131.
