Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A driver must not drive past a clearance sign, or a low clearance sign, if the driver's vehicle, or any vehicle connected to it, is higher than the height (in metres) indicated by the sign.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

"vehicle" includes any load carried by the vehicle.
