Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The driver of a public bus must not stop in a bus zone unless the driver—
(a) is dropping off or picking up passengers; or
(b) is stopping for a regular route service.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the driver of a public bus that is not permitted to stop in the bus zone by information on or with the bus zone sign applying to the bus zone.
