Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A driver must not stop on an area of a road marked with a keep clear marking.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) In this regulation:
"keep clear marking" means the words ‘keep clear' marked across all or part of a road, with or without continuous lines marked across all or part of the road.
