TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR REGULATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1986) - REG 3

3. Regulation 18 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (c) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(c)     the taximeter is so adjusted that it is capable of registering—

              (i)     each of the kilometre rates;

              (ii)     each of the flag fall and hiring charges; and

              (iii)     the fee for waiting time,

prescribed by regulation 24, that may be charged in respect of a journey by that taxi.”.
