TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR REGULATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1986) - REG 4

4. Regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “, other than a journey of a kind referred to in sub-regulation 24 (4) where the distance to be travelled outside the City Area exceeds 10 kilometres or a journey of a kind referred to in sub-regulation 24 (5),”;

        (b)     by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “paragraph 24 (3) (b)” and substituting “sub-regulation 24 (4)”; and

        (c)     by omitting sub-regulation (3).
