Note 1     The Legislation Act contains definitions and other provisions relevant to this regulation.

Note 2     For example, the Legislation Act, dict, pt 1, defines the following terms:

              •     sentence administration board.

"ACT Ambulance Service "means the ACT Ambulance Service established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 40.

"ACT Bushfire Council" means the ACT Bushfire Council established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 127.

"ACT Emergency Management Committee" means the ACT Emergency Management Committee established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 141.

"ACT Fire Brigade" means the ACT Fire Brigade established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 43.

"ACT Rural Fire Service" means the ACT Rural Fire Service established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 51.

"ACT State Emergency Service" means the ACT State Emergency Service established under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 56.

Government Solicitor for the Australian Capital Territory means the Government Solicitor for the Australian Capital Territory established under the Government Solicitor Act 1989, section 5.

"official visitor "means an official visitor appointed under the Corrections Management Act 2007, section 57.

"Victims Assistance Board" means the Victims Assistance Board established under the Victims of Crime Regulation 2000, section 5.

"Victims of Crime Coordinator" means the Victims of Crime Coordinator under the Victims of Crime Act 1994, section14.

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulation under the Territory Records Act 2002
