WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY REGULATION 2017 (NO 20 OF 2017) - REG 7

    (1)     The following entities are prescribed:

        (a)     the chief officer (fire and rescue service);

        (b)     the environment protection authority;

        (c)     if the application relates to a facility for the storing, sorting, treating, processing or disposing of clinical waste—the chief health officer.

    (2)     In this section:

"clinical waste"—see the Clinical Waste Act 1990
