WATER RESOURCES AMENDMENT REGULATION 2006 (NO 1) (NO 46 OF 2006) - REG 5

    (4A)     The operation of the Act, section 35 (1) to (4) is not suspended in relation to an application for a licence to take water if the water is to be used on—

        (a)     block 1544, district of Belconnen; or

        (b)     block 6, section 49, division of Kingston; or

        (c)     block 14, section 50, division of Kingston.
