    (7)     The operation of the Act, section 44 (1) and (2) is not suspended in relation to an application for a bore construction permit if the bore is to be used for the taking of water for use on—

        (a)     block 1544, district of Belconnen; or

        (b)     block 6, section 49, division of Kingston; or

        (c)     block 14, section 50, division of Kingston.
