WORK SAFETY REGULATION 2009 (NO 45 OF 2009) - REG 9

    (1)     The chief executive may approve the content of a record required to be maintained under the Act, section 39.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
