AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE COVER ACT 2015 - SECT 55

  (1)   This section applies to a choice:

  (a)   to receive a pension instead of a lump sum; or

  (b)   to receive a lump sum instead of a pension.

  (2)   The choice has effect only if written notice of the choice is given to CSC in a way determined by CSC, along with any information required by CSC to give effect to the choice.
