Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If CSC is required or permitted by this Act to give a notice to a person, CSC may give the notice to someone else who is acting for the person.
(2) If a person is required or permitted by this Act to give CSC a notice, the notice may be given to CSC by someone else acting on behalf of the person.
