Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a person gives the Authority a draft AIP plan for a major project, the person must also give the Authority a summary of the steps specified in accordance with whichever of subsections 35(2), 36(2), 39(2) and 40(2) are applicable.
(2) The summary must be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority.
(3) The Authority must ensure that the summary is available on the Authority's website throughout the 15 - day period beginning on the day after the summary was received by the Authority.
