ANTARCTIC MARINE LIVING RESOURCES CONSERVATION ACT 1981 - SECT 10

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   a condition of a permit is applicable to the person; and

  (b)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (c)   the conduct contravenes the condition.

Penalty:

  (a)   if the offender is a natural person--50 penalty units; or

  (b)   if the offender is a body corporate--100 penalty units.

  (2)   In this section:

"engage in conduct" means:

  (a)   do an act; or

  (b)   omit to perform an act.
