(1A) The Lands Acquisition Act 1989 does not apply in relation to the disposal of, or other dealing in, land, or an interest in land, by Australia Post.
(2) In this section:
"interest" , in relation to land, means:
(a) a legal or equitable estate or interest in the land; or
(b) a right, power or privilege over, or in relation to, the land.
