Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of Department of State in section 8 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , the Administrative Review Council is prescribed in relation to the Department.
(2) If a Council member is an official of a Commonwealth entity other than the Department, then, for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , the Council member is not an official of the Department merely because they are a Council member.
