Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) When the Council concludes its consideration of a matter in respect of which the Council has determined a report is to be prepared, the Council must prepare a report on the matter and give the report to the Minister.
(2) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the report is given to the Minister.
