ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW TRIBUNAL ACT 2024 - SECT 54

    For the purposes of reviewing a reviewable decision, the Tribunal may exercise all the powers and discretions that are conferred on the decision - maker by an Act or an instrument made under an Act.
