BUSINESS SERVICES WAGE ASSESSMENT TOOL PAYMENT SCHEME ACT 2015 - SECT 16

When a person cannot make an application

  (1)   A person cannot make an application if the re is an alternative amount for the person.

  (2)   A person who is not on the register cannot make an application on or after 1   May 2017 .

  ( 3 )   An application cannot be made on or after 1   December 2017 .

  (4 )   This section has effect despite anything else in this Act.
