BUSINESS SERVICES WAGE ASSESSMENT TOOL PAYMENT SCHEME ACT 2015 - SECT 36

    A certificate complies with this section if the certificate:

  (a)   is in an approved form; and

  (b)   certifies , as required by the form, one or more of the matters specified in the form ; and

  (c)   is signed by a legal practitioner, the person or the person's nominee, as applicable in relation to the matters certified.
