BUSINESS SERVICES WAGE ASSESSMENT TOOL PAYMENT SCHEME ACT 2015 - SECT 98

    No ne of the following:

  (a)   the determination of a payment amount for a person;

  (b)   the making of an offer to a person;

  (c)   the paying of a payment amount to a person;

  (d)   anything else done under this Act or the rules ;

  (e)   anything in this Act or the rules ;

constitutes an adm ission by the Commonwealth that it is liable for unlawful discrimination or any other matter referred to in subsection   10 ( 2) , or that a particular method should be adopted in assessing damages or compensation claimed by a person in connection with the use of a BSWAT assessment to work out a minimum wage payable to a person.
