Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Anti - Dumping Commission that was established by this section (as in force before the transfer day) continues in existence, by force of this section, within the Department.
(2) In this section:
"transfer day" means the day Schedule 1 to the Customs Amendment (Anti - Dumping Commission Transfer) Act 2013 commenced.
