Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally represents to an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation, as the director identification number of the person or another person, a number that is not that director identification number.
Penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
(2) A person who contravenes, or is involved in a contravention of, subsection (1) contravenes this subsection.
