CLEAN ENERGY REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 44

    An official of the Regulator may disclose or use protected information if:

  (a)   the disclosure or use is for the purposes of a climate change law or a biodiversity law; or

  (b)   the disclosure or use is for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the Regulator under a climate change law   or a biodiversity law ; or

  (c)   the disclosure or use is in the course of the official's employment or service as an official of the Regulator.
