CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS ACT 1945 - SECT 31

Information may be required to be given on oath

  (1)   The CEO may require the information to be verified by, or given on, oath or affirmation.

  (2)   The oath or affirmation is an oath or affirmation that the information is true.
