Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An approval under this Act may be varied or revoked by the person by whom, or by the authority by which, the approval was given.
(2) A person who, or authority which, gives, varies, or revokes an approval under this Act shall make such arrangements as the person or authority thinks proper for giving public notice of the giving of the approval or of the variation of revocation of the approval.
