Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary shall, as soon as practicable after each thirty - first day of December, prepare and furnish to the Minister a report on the operation of this Act during the year that ended on that thirty - first day of December.
(3) The Minister shall cause a copy of each report furnished to him under this section to be laid before each House of the Parliament within fifteen sitting days of that House after the receipt of the report by the Minister.
