Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to section 23, a person shall not enter or remain in a part of the Googong Dam Area unless that part of that Area is or forms part of an area declared in accordance with section 17.
(2) Subject to section 23, a person shall not enter or remain, or stop, park or drive a vehicle, in a part of an area so declared in relation to which a sign is erected, placed, or displayed under section 17 in contravention of the sign.
