Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person shall not do an act that results in the removal, moving, defacing, damaging, obscuring or covering up of a sign erected, placed or displayed under section 17 or 19, or otherwise interfere with such a sign unless he or she is acting under the authority of the Executive.
(2) An offence under subsection ( 1) is an offence of strict liability.
