DENTAL BENEFITS ACT 2008 - SECT 37

Authorised disclosure--authorisation by affected person

For the purposes of subsection 34(4), the Secretary or the Chief Executive Medicare may disclose protected information to a person who is expressly or impliedly authorised by the person to whom the protected information relates to obtain it.
