A person who is a defence member or a defence civilian commits an offence if the person is on service land, in a service ship, service aircraft or service vehicle or in a public place and the person:
(a) assaults another person; or
(b) creates a disturbance or takes part in creating or continuing a disturbance; or
(c) within the view or hearing of another person, engages in conduct that is obscene; or
(d) uses insulting or provocative words to another person.
Maximum punishment: Imprisonment for 6 months.
